The Local Action Group (LAG) represent the public, private and voluntary sector and have the overall responsibility for awarding funding to successful applicants.
The LAG will score projects against the Local Development Strategy and oversee the running of the local programme. Comhairle nan Eilean Siar are the lead agency and is responsible for employing staff, providing the secretariat and managing the LEADER budget.
